The Blendie

KellydobsonblendieFound over at CoolHunting, run by my friend Josh Rubin who I used to write for, is the Blendie, a voice-activated commercial blender. While I'm more inclined to simply turn a button, Josh is right, the video demonstration is really hilarious.

Chapped Lips: Be Gone!

Kiehls_no1balm
So I know this isn't anything new, but it's something that, when the temperature drops in Chicago and the wind and the salt and the snow and the dry heat chap my body, I need it. Without fail, if I get chapped, cracked lips, I put on Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 for two straight days, about five times a day, and -- voila -- my lips are refreshed. But I've found that using it as an everyday lip balm causes it to lose its potency -- like anything you use too often you need more of it.
