Bienvenidos de Puerto Vallarta

This week I'll be posting from Puerto Vallarta -- uncovering some amazing restaurants, excursions and people. We've been here less than 24 hours and already fell in love with the place -- which isn't hard when you have a view like these pictures show. We're staying at a gorgeous villa, which I'll be posting pictures of later. In the meantime, I just finished doing some yoga and exercises on the balcony and we're heading off to tackle the beach in a few...

The Atomium

Re-opening today after an 18-month, $32 million renovation, Brussels' Atomium is to Belgium what the Eiffel Tower is to France. While I've visited Belgium in the past, I only swept through Brussels en route to Bruges, which remains one of my most favorite European destinations to date. So where I'd love to go on and on about getting to walk around inside the monument's 9 spheres, each with a unique and different exhibit, I can only admit that I'm posting this because I think the structure is uber-cool.
